Former Chief Justice Willy Mutunga yesterday said the gains Kenya has made throughout the years are being rolled back because of never-ending politicking.

Dr Mutunga, who was making his last address as the leader of the Judiciary in Nairobi said government and Opposition legislators will suffocate the nation unless they give understand one another.
He said he was irritated to accept an occupation to suppress political flames in another nation, Maldives, South Asia, when his own nation is battling with political unrest.
