Deputy President William Ruto is on the receiving end for being insensitive to his beautiful wife, Rachel, by indirectly insinuating that she is unattractive (not the most beautiful).
The DP introduced the visiting Miss World, Mireia Lalaguna, as �the most beautiful woman in the world� during Madaraka Day celebrations at Afraha Stadium in Nakuru in the presence of his wife.
